I just joined......I am looking for FREE simple yet pretty wedding sampler---my daughter got married last year and I'd like to make them one for an anniversary gift. Thank you.

I have a free wedding sampler on my blog which can be adapted with the names and dates etc:

Or, for a small fee, I can design you something. Here's an example of one I was commissioned to design and stitch (obviously, you'd be stitching your daughter's yourself):



And here's the very similar one commissioned for the bride's sister, so they'd have "matching" samplers. (I refused to stitch two identical ones as noboy wants a copy, so I altered the second one slightly to make ist just a tiny bit different):

I've since started one of my own designs. I am also an avid crocheter and so have made a crochet couple and will attach them to my sampler when complete.

I haven't done cross stitch in awhile as I need new glasses--but doing the best I can. I have already completed the names and date. Now I am making wedding rings under that. Below the rings will be the couple I croceted.

Soon I need to figure out what border to use....

that sounds very pretty and very creative. We'd love to see a picture if you have one to post.
