Ok so the angels are done, but I am thinking about 4 squares with quotes or other details to round out the quilt.
Anyway I am starting a new project. This one will be for my daughter
Star Welcome
Her is my start
I am making the star purple as it is her favorite color.

It took me a minute trying to figure out where you were stitching on the chart... it wasn't until I scrolled down a bit & saw your note about the purple

A good start & nice stitches!

me too. I looked and looked and didn't see any purple. Scrolled down a bit and realized how much prettier this is going to be with the purple color.

very nice! and well done recharting the colours. I'm terrible at colour selection and rely on DH's colour sense.

Lovely design, and a great idea to do it in her favourite colour. Looking forward to seeing how the purple turns out - I'm sure it will be stunning.

So I worked on this all week but I have had slow progress. Lots of frogging. Not because of mistakes but I was not happy with the purples I had originally chose to replace the browns of the star. I got 2 of the colors fine but the very lightest has given me fits. They are either to blue or two pink. I finally just bit the bullet and chose one and went with it.

I like the colors you have chosen. I find that the hardest part if I'm not following a specific pattern. Sorry you had to

to get the ones you wanted. I also like the color of the fabric. Is the blue a closer picture? It is so hard to get the camera to capture the real life color. Your daughter is going to be delighted I am sure.
