HAED pattern ?

Quick question. I notice that a lot of the HAED patterns call for 25 count fabric, using 2 strands of floss. Is the stitch supposed to be over 1 or over 2 in order to meet the specs in the description (size and floss usage).

Thank you....

Hi Vtwin, the listed dimensions are for over one on 25 count... Go ahead, try one - you won't be sorry, they are amazing charts! :)

The HAED BB forums does have a topic showing how the designs turn out in several fabric counts and thread numbers, and you'll notice the designs show beautifully anyway. Before starting a chart as big as HAEDs usually are, test stitching in different counts with different thread combos to see what works best for you, people's tension can really change coverage, so it's best to test how you get along with the fabric before undertaking a project that may well take you years to complete.

The topic in question is this one: http://heavenandearthdesigns.yuku.com/t ... --stitched

Thanks Laura- do you know how long it normally takes to be "accepted" into the HAED Yuku HAED community?

It took a couple of weeks I think when I applied to the BB. I think I was having replies thrown into my spam folder which I never check so if you have applied and it is taking what seems like a long time you might want to check your spam folder.
