I unfortunately don't know the designer's name but it came from the May 2009 Zweigart magazine. These are webcam pictures for the moment, but I'll replace them with better later on. Please pay no mind to the random stamps in the corner. I've been posting them on Facebook and it works as a watermark of sorts.

I'm stitching it on marbled 14ct Aida with DMC and Kreinik.

I can say thus far that the treasure map is mostly completed and I never, ever want to see DMC 3047 again. I finally quit after I had to frog a big section. Now it's sitting there, mocking me.

I won't stand for that though so here's the back (as that's been a topic recently and I'm certain no one can look at mine and feel poorly about theirs) to mock along with me.

great progress even with a visit from mr . (He's been busy around here it seems and needs to go on a spring break!). I've seen lots worse backs (some of mine) than yours. But as so many have said, its called the back for a reason.

Bad ! I think it's looking great! At first I thought the fabric was dark blue... the newer pics show quite a difference!

I'm not sure why my phone gave it a blue tint, but yes, it did look pretty bad. It's actually this but mine seems a bit lighter in color.
