This project is the first one I'm making for myself. I had initially given myself til Christmas to finish it but since joining this forum you guys have lit a fire under my bottom and now I really want to get it finished within about six weeks. My husband and I are moving soon so I'm using that as a 'deadline'. A big part of this kit is half stitches so there's no reason for me not to meet my new goal.
What it will look like:

This is a very pretty one, and you've made quite a great start. I remember seeing someone else do this a couple years back and the backstitching made all the difference. Can't wait to see this progress.

What a very charming design! It make me think of jigsaw puzzles! I used to do ones very similar to your picture when I was young.

I really hope the backstitching makes all the difference because it is very simplistic right now. I was worried that it would only look good from a distance. I guess I'll hold my worries til I start the backstitching. I'm glad you mentioned that!

Very pretty design.
Are you planning on doing the back stitching as you go or leave it all til you finish?
