Crossstitchforum - A FREE forum for Cross Stitchers

Yesterday I went to the newsagents to buy this months Cross stitch Gold as they had a All Our Yesterdays pattern in it (I collect them). Could not find it but noticed that World of Cross Stitching had a new Joan Elliot pattern of a beautiful Unicorn so I bought that instead. Next month there is going to be another J E Pattern of a Butterfly cushion,and a free gift of All Our Yesterdays, another mag. Later on I did find Cross Stitch Gold so I bought that as well. While looking through it I found that next month is the second part of Joan's fairy tale princesses Sleeping Beauty, there is also patterns for magical unicorns and dragons Yet another mag to buy. As if I needed more I already subscribe to Cross Stitch Collection. Ican see me surrounded by fab mags and not enough time to do everything.

I have three mag subscriptions at the moment...Totally relate!

I agree. Trouble is it's too dangerous to go round the shop with your eyes shut.

I totally agree--there always seems to be much more coming out that I want to stitch than I will ever ever be able to manage, but that doesn't stop me from trying LOL I am sooooooooooo thrilled to know that Sleeping Beauty is FINALLY going to be in the next issue of Cross Stitch Gold!! I can hardly wait to start on it!! She's gorgeous!!

Thank you for the info though, I was going to be going to look and see if the next of the joan elliotts princesses was in this months issue of CSG

(If anyone is interested, I think the next issue which will have sleeping beauty in it, will be out around the 8th may)

thanks for the info--still weeks to wait yet, but it definitely will be well worth the wait!!

Oh I know. I dont see a pattern in their releases, just seems to be odd dates. Maybe its every 6 - 7 weeks or something

Join the club - at times there are just too many lovely things in mags. Enjoy and store them away for another day.
