So my cousin is getting married in July and I found a small but cute Wedding Sampler that I can stitch up before then.

(trust me when I say my finished product will have a much better picture than that, glass photography isn't the greatest in the world).

So far I've done all of #3766, it's kind of a muted baby blue and the baby pink border. I accidentally bought 18 count fabric instead of 14c, so it's going to be 5.5" wide and 4" tall instead of 7" wide and 5" tall. Little on the small side, but framed right, it won't really be noticed. The fabric is 'oatmeal' and it's 2 threads for each stitch.

That is going to be lovely. You have made a great start and I think the size will be fine. Your cousin will be so pleased.

What a beautiful wedding sampler!! Having a smaller count fabric may just work out better yet when you do frame it--especially if you want to mat it too!! Great start on it!!

I usualley rather stitching on smaller count then 14 (16 or 18) so I think it will come out just great! keep us updated!

Next color done! I took a week or so off while I was working and to let my wrist rest.

Thanks! I thought the 'oatmeal' would be nicer than just the stark white. While I was outside taking the picture, little 4 year old boy ran up and instantly (and I mean instantly) picked up on the fact the little blue dots were flowers. I was actually pretty impressed at his spacial reconstruction.

He was so cute @.@ I'm working on the next shade of blue now.
