What is a "French Needle Maid Book"?

I came across a cross stitch/needlework kit that I thought was really pretty, but it said it is a "french needle maid book." Does anyone happen to know exactly what that is? It sort of looks like a book you might keep your needles in, but then, it looks a little big for that, too.

Any ideas? The pattern was really pretty!

Perhaps its a book that holds both needles and has a pocket for scissors?

I've made myself a needle book- simple fold, small, about 2" square, felt "pages" to tuck needles into.
And I have made myself one a bit more complicated- trifold, holds needles and a pocket for scissors, about 2x4x1" thick

Thank you, Rose! It was one of the other Access Commodities kits that I was looking at, but what I saw didn't show the inside and when I googled, none of the results seemed to show the inside part.

Thanks so much!
