Does anyone have any idea where I can purchase this kit by JCA?

I cannot find it available anywhere and JCA has apparently ceased operations since the death of the owner. In the alternative, maybe someone has the chart that they would be willing to sell . . . ??? Or maybe someone can tell me of a similar kit or chart that I could purchase?
