HAED: Mini Unleash the Butterflies, Aerona

I haven't made much progress on Mini Autumn Cat these last few weeks as I ended up starting Mini Unleash the Butterflies.
This one was going along quickly until I hit the confetti spots...there may be only 14 colors but the confetti is insane!

I also had avoided gridding to see how it would go and had to rip out a bunch of the confetti and start over (after gridding...lesson learned).
This is on 28 ct Monaco, 2x1 tent stitching.

that is coming along nicely. So sorry you had a visit from mr

and I do hope that the gridding will be a big help. This looks amazing!

I've just started this one myself and I love it! I've got 2 other b&w Nielsen charts in my stash as well as colour ones - I just love her stuff! Look forward to seeing more updates.......

Oh dear sorry to hear you had to unpick your work what a nuisance, gridding is a very good idea I don't do this because I worry my fabric will be permanently marked so I have a rigid stitch plan I follow to avoid mistakes, however what I do takes a painstakingly long time!
Your work is looking great I'm looking forward to seeing more updates.

Great start (after dealing with the nasty mr.

) This is such a pretty design. I wouldn't think of doing an HAED (or other BAP) without gridding now that I am so used to it. With my magnifier I think I will be able to grid 28 cts so I have a few projects I've wanted to do tent stitch on and would prefer 28 ct. I hope you don't run into any more problems. Can't wait for the next update.
