Hi,

Im new to the forum and have joined as I am wanting to make some christmas tree decorations as a present for my mum. I am not sure what the best way to go about this is so if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated!

I've made several, which you can see in my gallery here (page 1, 3 and a few others). Just click on the gallery button below my signature to see mine.

Several were stitched on plastic canvas, then glued to plastic foam as a backing, with a ribbon in between the two pieces as a hanger.

There are also some in the Mini-Projects thread that several members have made.

There are a lot of great free biscornu (pincushion thingies) will holiday themes, add a little ribbon and they make great ornaments. That's what I'm doing for my family. Good luck!
