Sew & So are amazing

I'd ordered a few small things from S&S yesterday, then realised that it was a shame not to make better use of the postage, and decided to ask if they could add a pice of Hardanger fabric to the order. I figured that they wouldn't have packed anything yet, not on a Bank Holiday.
In reply I got an email this morning saying "Thank you for your email. I will send a message down to packing to see if they can retrieve your parcel." It hadalready been packed but they were willing to get it and addsomething to it
!
But it doesn't stop there. The email also asked me to confirm the security code of my card so they could take the money for the fabric. I wrote back immediately but the email must have got lost, and just now Lisa telephoned me to make sure if I did want the fabric added. I said yes and gave her the card code over the phone, and she said they'd been too late to retrieve the parcel so it would have to go separately. Oh well, can't be helped, I thought; and extra £1 postage won't kill me and I do need the fabric anyway.
So then I checked my account on their website, and what do I see: even though they have to send it as two parcels because I was disorganised, they've treated it as one order, with only one lot of postage
