I have 2 toddlers and a puppy, I have a week to pack my whole house for a move and I have my arm in a cast from braking my scaphoid (bone in the wrist) so really not happy this week.
Ok moan over.

Moaning is allowed under those circumstances. Any of which presents its own set of care issues. 2 toddlers. puppy. packing and moving. and breaking a bone in one's wrist. I think that at least 4 moans would be allowed, if not more. Hope that your wrist heals soon and that the moving goes easily. And anytime that you need to and have a chance to come here and vent and/or moan, we are here to listen.

You are totally allowed to moan given everything that's going on! Here's hoping you get better soon and that everything goes ok.

Moaning is totally justified

Hope you feel a little better for that entirely justified moan. Don't know how you can be expected to cope with all that plus the arm in a cast, but here's wishing you well.

I really hope that you can find some help.........I would volunteer but the trip over and back would cost a fortune.

Well justified. I have all my fingers crossed that it turns out to be easier than expected.

I wish my husband's moans were as brief as yours.
Seriously, though - sending lots of

your way. It's only a temporary situation and if I were you I'd be planning what stitchy treats to reward myself with for coming through the other end of it.
Good luck with the move, and I hope you manage to find someone to help.

Very well-deserved moan. Hope you manage to get everything done and you're able to call in friends/family to assist as needed.

Thank you for your replies. I am going to be better of after the move, no more problems with the neighbours, and a garden. To make things better its the same street so it won't be so bad for the kids, one is about to sit her S.A.ts and one started nursery yesterday

Hey I survived, hubby refused to pack so we were literally packing as we were moving, or at least I was. Did I mention he's a horder.
Was so tired, after that. He's ripped out the kitchen so its been hard feeding the family, especially with all the food allergies. But the new kitchen is getting somewhere. Our back room is still packed with stuff but that should sort itself out soon.
My hand is out if plaster yey. It's sore from not moving for six weeks.
I've applied to go back to college one night a week, so now need a job and things will be perfect.

Surviving a move is always a wonderful thing.

The thought of moving causes me to panic. First off, I'd really have to clean the house

. It sounds like things are getting better and hopefully will be settled down to a more normal (and probably still hectic, but manageable) pace. Good luck on getting back to college. And for getting a job also. Your plate sounds very very full. Hope you get a chance to get back to your stitching also, if only so that you get some quiet time for yourself.
