And this is where I am with it now. Half way as you can see.

Great stitching and a great piece, I love elephants. You've probably got the best bit left to stitch - the calf.

Looks like there's a lot of confetti stitches but the piece looks great! Can't wait to see your progress.

Fantastic detail! I agree that it isn't going to be too long before you get to that adorable baby elephant. Lovely stitching!

Thank you all! I was getting bored with it because of al the grey and dark colors at the sides, but because of you I am getting excited again! And yes indeed, now you all point it out to me, I AM getting close to the baby. I can alreardy see it on my chart!!!!! So thanks for making me happy with this work again!

how awesome! it reminds me of prince william's cause--the tusk.org. i don't think i could do all the grey--but it looks like a work of art so far!
