My real name is Bri, pronounced like the cheese. I obviously love cross-stitch. Really want to try crewel, and punchneedle, and crochet. I also love to do pen and ink drawing, and oil painting. Avid reader also. Super glad I found this forum, because I have a couple things I need help with.

Hi Bri and welcome to the forum from South Carolina! You certainly have a lot of creative interests and I hope you will post pictures of your cross stitching as well as some of your other crafts.
We have an All Other Crafts section that is great for posting those pics as well. Ask anything you need help with and someone on this forum will either know the answer or know where to go to find the answer. I am always amazed at member's knowledge. Look forward to getting to know you.

Greetings, Bri, from Colorado, and welcome to this wonderful forum. I've learned a lot here, and I've been stitching for approx 30 years.

I crochet, too, but tend to do that in the winter months. Afghans are fun to work on then because as they grow, they also keep me warm.

Definitely. You can PM me or post in the all other crafts section. I think you'll find a lot of us also crochet...and do other crafty things as well.
