Hello and welcome to the forum.
Can you be more specific. are you looking for 'real' penguins or a cartoon type?
I saw some patterns in an old magazine for cartoony pengins, but they were only small desgns.

Hello and welcome; I don't know whether you're still looking, but last night I came across three smallish (30x30 or thereabouts) cartoon-type penguins. Let me know if you'd like them (send me a pm) and I'll send them to you.
