A new start for a new year! I got all 12 of the Sheep Virtues by Little House Needleworks for Christmas along with the fabric, buttons and thread to stitch them up with!



I've already started the first one called 'Hope'...



I'm going to stitch them all on one piece of 30ct Cocoa linen by Weeks Dye Works, rather than as individuals...



I haven't stitched on linen for awhile and I really have to watch my tension after stitching on Aida

Gorgeous linen and I love the designs, and a great start already. They've been on my wishlist for awhile, so I'm glad I'll get to stitch them "virtually" through you.

I'm so happy to see you start this! Beautiful stitching so far! I've been collecting these all year and I'll be picking up the last one in a week or so and I'm also thinking I want to stitch them all on one piece of fabric. Hopefully in the next month I'll add this into my WIPs and join you!

Those are great and I have them as well except for #3. I'm still hoping to find that lil sheep. I can't wait to see your progress on them.

ETA: just found my missing sheep on stitching bits and bobs ....yeah! Sometime this year I may start this one until then I'll stitch virtually through you.

This is lovely! I don't know that the patterns are necessarily my style, but I love the way the floss looks against that fabric! I'm looking forward to seeing how it stitches up!

I'm thrilled to see there are a few others collecting, and hopefully stitching these cute sheep! I had never seen them until right before Christmas and I put them on my Xmas list right away (123 stitch has them all). I then came on here to search to see if anyone had done any of them and was surprised with an empty search!

Feel free to join me in this thread with your WIPs (or start your own if you prefer!) We can make it a SSAL (sheep stitch along, ). I'd love the company
