Would the 11# Delica beads be small enough to use on 22ct 2x1?

My plan is to outline the L&L Celtic Spring cloak in gold beads instead of the gold braid and the Mill Hill petites are just too random in size to do the job.

I only found out Delica beads existed this week so any help will be appreciated!

I've used Delicas on 28ct fabric. So I think it would work, but I'm not 100% sure about over 1.
