Stashmas 2014 Send List Posted

As Carole (rcperryls) and myself are running Stashmas this year, here is how everything will work:
1. All participants must sign up by MIDNIGHT (Gmt) TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 30th, so you have three weeks!
2. Participants sign up by posting in this thread (once only, please - and by the end of the sign up period!) stating the following information:
a) User name
b) Location
c) Where you are willing to send to (as in UK only, USA only etc or anywhere. I know postage costs can be high, so make sure that you are not sending someone a Singer sewing machine if posting abroad......

3. All participants must post in the Wish List thread by the end of the sign up period.
4. After the closing date, a send list will be made by Carole and myself and posted in the first post of this thread.
Everyone on the list will send to the next person on the list, with the last person on the list sending to the first person.
5. It is the responsibility of each sender to get the address of their recipient by MIDNIGHT (Gmt) OCTOBER 7th. Anyone who has not given their address to their sender by that time will be assumed to not be taking part and the sender will have a few days to get hold of the address of the next person on the list. If there are any problems with this bit, please get in touch by PM andwe will see what We can do.
6. All gifts MUST be posted by NOVEMBER 8th - no exceptions!!! There is no excuse for late sending as you have an entire month to purchase and wrap the gift. Please get proof of postage in case it goes missing in the mail!
7. All senders must post in this thread when they have sent their gift.
8. All recipients must post in this thread when they receive their gift.
9. Open your gifts on 1st December, which is Stashmas Day!
Please remember that the price limit for Stashmas is:
£12.50 or equivalent local currency approx conversions below. PLEASE don't go over this amount, I know we are a very generous bunch but try and be creative within the confines of the price rather than too generous. Please keep this firmly in mind when you gift from your own stash.
You may, however, add stitched gifts and/or a card to the stash element of your gift if you wish.
So, the pertinent dates are:
Sign up by - Midnight (Gmt) September 30th
Wish list post made by - Midnight (Gmt) September 30th
Get address of recipient by - Midnight October 7th
Post by – November 8th
Open gifts - 1st December
Anyone who defaults on this exchange or the rules thereof will be excluded from future Stashmas exchanges as it's really not fair to disappoint fellow members.
I hope everyone will enjoy the Stashmas Exchange - it's always been a lot of fun in the past.

Please post a little something saying what kind of things you like and dislike on the other Wish List thread in this forum NOT this thread (link to come) - one post per participant - just to help your stashmas sender out and make sure you don't receive something you hate.
Please remember that the price limit for Stashmas is:
£12.50 or the local currency equivalent - currently approximately

$20.41 USD
$22.21 CAD
$21.72 AUD
(obviously conversion rates differ daily, but please be sensible about it), so please don't list a load of expensive charts you'd like as you'll be disappointed! That said, the kind/count of fabrics you enjoy using, the colours and makes of floss/silks etc, what kind of styles you enjoy or a few charts or kits (within the price limit) you would like would be very helpful to your sender!
Please post by midnight (Gmt) September 30th.
