Hi I new to the fourm and I want to cross stitch but I never done it before could you give me some easy step with some pictures to help me start off please

There are so many tutorials on it, I don't know where to start. If you search "cross stitch" in YouTube or in your browser, you'll find zillions of them. Here's a bunch of them on the Scarlet Quince site:
