G'day my name is Keith and I live in Sydney Australia and I have been doing Cross Stitch since I was introduced to it by my wife's cousin in England in 95 and started my first one on the plane home. there wasn't a problem with scissors and needles then. I have done about 9 or 10 since and my latest has been on the go for a couple of years as it is a little bit big 90cm x 70cm but I only have 20cm x 20cm left in the top corner to do and back stitch of course . Okay, so I had to Google a converter to see how big your WIP is in inches and all I can say is holy moly! I hope you'll share pictures of it. Do you like backstitching? It's not my favorite (although I love the effect once it's done) so I tend to do it as I go.

You sure like large designs, thankfully I have an old 15" ruler as well as a more modern version with mm and cm on so easy to convert your measurements to something I can understand. This old head does not like cm or mm

I would love to see a picture of your WIP too it sounds awesome.
