stupid question anyone want to part with their millenium?

Ok so I have been thinking about getting one for a while, I talk myself in and talk myself out. But I think I have finally decided to get one. Mabelfigworthy kindly offered for me to look at hers if I was passing but I just haven't been.

On my list of jobs for this week was to order the millennium however as it was a "nice" it had to wait until the "bad" ones where done and the week ran out first!

I am now away for the weekend, although will have internet, so thought I would make this post just in case anyone is considering parting with theirs.

If not its on the list again for next week and hopefully there are not so many bad jobs in the way!

And also if no one does that means they must be as good everyone says :D and I will settle in for the long wait.

I wish you good luck in finding a gently used millennium. I absolutely love mine (although I really dislike the company's customer service). Keep trying - now and then I do see people here and on ebay selling theirs.

Yeah, good luck with that! I guess it's not totally impossible, but you never get if you don't ask.

Yeh I know first out in a fire and all that!

I know it's a long shot I just can't do anything else until next week now so at least feel like I am trying ;-)

I agree with Carole! You got it quickly and without several unanswered emails. Let us know how you like it. I'm still in love with mine.

Yes I am sure it is a fluke or something.

I have been home a bit and obviously the first thing I wanted to do was set it up :whoop:

But u will see now I am on the Internet....and at the minute my cross stitch is back in the qsnap

I did watch the YouTube video from the lady that endorses the needle needs stuff to see how to do it and read the instructions It goes tight but I just end up with troughs and peaks. I will have to wait until the weekend I think, watch Carolyn's longer video and see how it goes from there.

:whoop: has definately become

I wanted it sorted and checked because I wanted to call and check what they charged me as it wasn't what I expected.

I think maybe I was "overtired" yesterday!

I think I have managed to get it sorted now so will give it a go tomorrow.

I'm glad you managed to get yours so quickly, but I'm also a bit peeved as mine was ordered in January and I don't yet have it.

Do they maybe just send them out when people phone and ask where their order is, and not in the order in which they were ordered? :tantrum:

Is this a case of the squeaky wheel gets the grease?

I am feeling quite guilty if I'm honest I hadn't seen any mention of anyone ordering lately so I just thought that they were having a slow period.

I'm really sorry to everyone else

I had asked advice and was told to order by phone not online.
