Hi all,

My daughter i9s getting married in May, and I would like to make them a wedding sampler. However, I haven't found a pattern that I like or fits them. It will be a country wedding with a branding as their unity symbol. I had the idea of doing a custom piece with their brand and wedding colors, but I have no talent in creating anything without a pattern. Does anyone know where I can have a custom pattern made based on my ideas?

If you go onto DMC's website they have a "stitch a photo" service. It gets good reviews and I think you generally get a pattern back within a month or so. I have a computer program called PCStitch that does a decent job of creating a pattern from images scanned/imported into the computer. It lets you set the design size, number of colors you want to use, etc. It wasn't very expensive and is fairly simple to use. Good luck!

DEFINITELY Skitzzzzzz, she's a miracle worker! I've got loads of her photo conversions, far better and cheaper than DMC. And you can discuss whether to have more or less in it as well.
