Welcome, Jayne! I'm not in Nova Scotia, I live in Washington state. I'm Canadian, although displaced. :) I was born in Vancouver. Welcome to the group!

Good morning from a sunny, but chilly England. This is my first ever foray into the world of forums, so am excited to see and hear what other stitchers are up to :wave: I've been stitching on and off for around 40 years, my biggest and proudest project is a crewel work bell pull which took me 20 years to complete!! I did have a daughter in the meantime and also discovered knitting and cross stitch. Have to say I am completely addicted to cross stitch and have at least 2/3 things on the go at anyone time! I love to stitch on even weave/linen and am a particular fan of samplers and all things vintage. I look forward to hearing from and sharing all your stitching stories and in particular admiring your results. Have a good day wherever you are. regards. Karen
