I found the Title Deeds!!! to my Dad's house!

And, of course, they were at the bottom of a bag of Rubbish underneath 2 other bags of rubbish at the bottom of a cupboard. Where else would you stash them???

I am so relieved and now the house sale can progress. This weekend the house clearance will be in and we can relax for a few weeks.

Thank you all for your support and advice over these past months.

Later in the Stash & Grab?. ......Drinks on me, nibbles in the Tree House, music to your taste and Dancing till Dawn. (that's so we can make use of the different time zones. )

Now all I have to do is wait for the sale to grind it's way to completion.
