A friend posted this on my FB timeline - should I be offended... ?

I love this and think it is a great reminder to the rest of the world that cross stitchers shouldn't be messed with!!! A needle is a very sharp tool after all.

Not my sort of humour, but someone did spend time on it. Some people, even very good and serious, seem to get crazy when they get on FB or Instagram. As if they have another 100 years in store. But then, tastes differ.

Blimey that's a bit scary, and um well lets see... it's not the reason I stitch

Some people have an odd sense of humour for sure. However it gave me something to smile about on this oh so hot, stuffy humid morning
Just after 9am and it is 31c already.

Made me laugh -- mostly because of the irony of the sentiment! Stitchers are some of the most peaceable people I know. Try to imagine a group of stitchers running amok. See? In any case, the needle is blunt. (And I only ever end up stabbing myself totally by accident!)
