This was chosen by DH . It is called Best Of Friends and the design is by Mabel Lucie Attwell. The chart is from a Cross Stitcher Magazine dated 2005!
I am stitching it on evenweave with DMC thread, 2 over 2.
I started it on holiday as I could not take my big project with me.
Hope you like it.

Those Mabel Lucie Attwell designs still have great appeal don't they!

Whilst it isn't what I would stitch they are wonderful memories of Times Past!

The funniest thing is, that those Times Past seem to have been the same everywhere. I mean fashions, valies, attitudes, dreams, etc.

Here is the latest update. I have to think carefully stitching the polka dots on the red dress. I always get mixed up which way the half cross stitches are facing!
