crazycat may be able to tell you the designer she is stitching one with very similar mouseys called sew busy.

the one i have is called sew busy and it is by dimensions unfortunatley i cannot find this design i have a feeling it is either out of print of it has been adapted from sew busy. it may be worth contacting the person who stitched it to see where they got it.

I'm sorry Newton but I'm afraid sharing copies of a chart is a breach of copyright -- you cannot offer or ask for a copy of a chart, although it is all right to borrow a chart from someone and then return it after you're done with it. But it is against the law for two or more (photo)copies of a single chart to exist at any one time. Sorry to be a wet blanket but the forum has to be very careful about these things!

Please read our post about copyright rules.

No these patterns are copyright protected also. You have to read all of the fine print when it comes to all patterns and unless it is specifically stated then you can not make a copy of patterns from magazines or other charts and kits.

some alphabets in cross stitcher say they are copyright free, so we can share those ... right rose??

Yes if it is stated that it is copyright free then you are allowed to share it but you can not say that it is an original design of yours.

If say you use it to make a sampler and then try to sell it as an original design that would be a copyright infringement.
