I am seeing UFO's

When I went looking for the rose that I used on my Celebration Sample I looked in a bunch of my books. Well I found an old UFO that was setting in the book just waiting to be rediscovered. I pulled it out printed a new working copy and I am trying to decide if I really want to work on this. I could not figure out why I had left it in the book until I looked at the chart once again and discovered that right in the middle of the pattern there is a flaw on the chart. For some reason during printing something happened and there is a blake spot about the size of an american penny, it is a complete blank spot. So when I get to that point I am not sure what I am going to do. I guess I could write and ask if there is a correction. I don't know though as I have had the book for over 6 years and it is an American Needlework Book. So it is not a single designer that you could contact. Whatever I will decide if it is worth finishing?????

Doesn't the American School of Needlework have their own website? You may be able to contact them there.
Found it -- it's not a particularly helpful webstie and they publish lots besides ASN stuff, but they do have a
contact page which may help.

Oh! That's a pity... it looks a cute project.
Do you have a pic of the finished project that you can use to give you some idea of what is in the blank spot? Or, if you have the title of the project, we/you could check it out on Google.
Oops! Mabel posted while I was typing this~

I am actually looking to see if I can contact the designer because after I said It was multiple designs I went back to the book and discovered it may have just been one designer after all. (That is what i get for being tired and discouraged)
CF the book is called 365 Designs-cross stitch all through the year.

That figures it must have been a flaw in the printing process. Thanks for checking.

I don't really know I am not sure if it is worth the effort. I just can't seem to get excited about this one. I am just really tempted to toss it. It is just not talking to me at all.

Blah Blah Blah. I will see how I feel about it after the angel is finished.

Not much sense picking it up again if you're not going to enjoy it -- there are far too many projects out there that do cry out to be stitched!
