Winnie the Pooh seasons pattern

Hi all
I'm in need of the pattern for a Winnie the Pooh, Designer stitches (I think) kit I bought some time ago, and think I've lost during our last house move.
It is a square design, made up of four smaller squares, each containing a picture of Winnie the Pooh and/or friends (I'm struggling to remeber all the details. I know each square has a border made of two colours (1left and right the other top and bottom) and contains other images such as bees or flowers.
I think it was called something like 'four seasons' or 'seasons' as that is what the images depicted the four seasons of the year. they are quite detailed designs, all small pictures of each season, if you will, not the large more simple Winniethe Pooh head filling each box which is the only design I've been able to find on extensive internet searches.
Hope some one can help me, if anyone can I'll pay postage obviously 
, think if I just knew the real name for the kit I could look online again

Thanks all of you that have viewed my post, I just wish I could find the real name for the kit as that may make it easier, I've looked on loads of internet websites and even fleabay but can't find it anywhere. I'm just hopeful, it's actually in one of my crafting boxes somewhere as it seems such a pity to leave it half done!

is this the one Pooky? It doesn't fit the description as it's 4 singles.. but I thought it is worth showing you just in case.

i have that one, but calander..but the same designs w/ the words winter,spring,summer, fall above each one..it was a freebie..since u like winnie the pooh, i can send it to you if you'd like

That's very kind of you coffee_freak, if you don't mind, cos I like that design too, and I suppose if all else fails I can unpick and reuse the material.

This is the full picture cant seem to find anywhere that has it, its a designer stitches kit called season h25

Thought I'd bump my old post to see if anyone had come across this pattern in the last few years ??? Its still sat in my stitching box unfinished
