Crossstitchforum - A FREE forum for Cross Stitchers

Hi everyone! About 10 years or so (maybe more!) I stitched a cross stitch kit that was a cottage by the sea. There were dunes and fences and the ocean in the background, and lots of kites. There was a sign on the cottage that said "kite shop". It may have said "Smith's Kite Shop" or "Ted's Kite Shop" , etc... I'm not sure what it orginally said because I changed it to the last name of my in-laws. It was a gift for them because they live at the beach.

We were visiting them a couple weeks ago, and my MIL's sister was also there. She said she'd been admiring it andsearching for the kit/chart for years, and had never seen anything like it in stores. I'm guessing it may be out of print? She asked if I could forward the chart to her, but I just looked through my stash and it looks like I threw it away, since the chart didn't do me much good after the floss was gone, because it was a kit.

I THINK it was a Dimensions or Bucilla kit. Did anyone else happen to stitch this particular kit, still have it around and know what the title is? Does it ring a bell with anyone?
