...off on vacation. Leaving for a visit with my brother and SIL. Haven't seen them for a couple of years (rely on facebook to keep in touch as my hearing is getting so bad it is difficult using a phone these days.)) Going to Ottawa , long bus trip ahead so not looking forward to that. Going to look for "Twilight" tomorrow. Need a good book for the ride. Be back a week tomorrow. Taking the Butterfly with me. Lots of time to stitch and it is for my SIL so she can see the progress.

Hi everyone. I am still in Ottawa but I am on my new laptop (at least new to me).
My brother found that it is not powerful enough for him so he gave it to me. My nephew checked it out and installed some stuff for me and it is in near perfect condition. ( have to use a mouse , but I prefer that anyway) It is a Dell Inspiron 6000. It is a little difficult getting used to the keyboard but I am thrilled to death.
I have not done any stitching this week as I wrecked my shoulder hauling my suitcase around. I can barely pick up a glass and cant stitch at all. It seemed a little better today but wow does it hurt. Very difficult sleeping too. Can't wait till I get home.
