I haven't been stash shopping in a while nor even ordered online, but today I'm up early, it's bright and sunny and I'm off to Joann. AND I have coupons.

I can't think of a better way to spend a sunday. strolling the shops for stash. Hope you have a wonderful time.
Although, I myself are on a stash buying ban, there is a closing down sale which I am going to go to this week. I exclude closing down sales from stash buying bans.

I was going to go to the sale on Friday after payday but when I woke up this morning I remembered I had a health insurance bill I paid and haven't claimed. So, I am off to the health insurance office to get my cash, then I can go to the sale...and technically it's not spent money on stash as well cause it's recycled cash. I am very good at justifying aren't I

Beautiful weather for a drive today, and between the coupon and sales I got $40 worth of merchandise for $26. I bought some notions and two TINY kits, and I finally satisfied a curiosity and bought one of the UK cross stitch magazines. They are SO expensive when you live in the U.S., but with the coupon I decided to splurge. I opted for CrossStitcher over Cross Stitch Crazy because I liked CrossStitcher's free gift better.

It was definitely money well spent, I found more useful patterns in this one issue than I've found in any US magazines I've looked at. Not to sound unpatriotic, but I think the UK cross stitch mags are so much better, or at least the stuff they have suits my personality more, or something. But the cost, I just can't afford a subscription because it would be over $100 a year!
I still have a 40% off coupon that's good until next Friday. I love Joann. Mine is about 14 miles away and it's the closet needlework shop I've got, but they always have coupons and a pretty good selection of CS stuff.

I do need to start getting pictures up, of stuff I'm doing and have done. And it looks like I'm going back to Joann with my mom tomorrow. Not that I NEED anymore stash, but...

Well, if you must you must! It would be rude to refuse if your Mum's going with you.
