Still life with peonies *Finished 23 Feb*

Ive started to stitch this http://www.artecy.com/still-life-with-p ... titch.html" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank

Im stitching it on 16ct pale grey aida and the design is 250sts x 155sts using 64 colours. Ive done 1.5 pages so far and OH says its just a bunch of dead flowers :lol:

I really like the Artecy designs. You've made a great start on this and it'll be beautiful when completed - I like the fabric choice for it.

OHs :roll: :lol: - you could always suggest he stitches something next.....

I did and he said "you stitch, I'll buy" :lol:

Its the 1st Artecy pattern Ive tried so I'm hoping its ok. I'm using a hoop for the 1st time too as the Aida is very soft and the holes are hard to see without it being stretched :)

Mabel hes not a bit of trouble :lol:

Lots of the Leopard colours in this one but using different symbols so I'm finding it hard to get it right :anotherfrog:

I don't normally stitch flower designs but this one is very subtle and pretty! :applesauce:

I'm worrying about this too for after Queenie is done, won't be able to break the colour/symbol association for a long time!!

Louise its the 1st Flowery thing Ive stitched. Trying to get the Queenie colours out of your head isnt going to be easy :lol: What are you stitching next?

I love stitching flowers :lol: :lol: and these ones look beautiful. Do let us all know how you get on with the Artecy design, I've never used them before.
