I'm so pleased - I got stitching stash from Santa for the first time ever!

Very happy to have found under my tree:

- a MASSIVE load of 18-count aida (ivory)
- 3 large floss storage boxes
- the pattern-a-day cross stitch calendar
- 2 Charlie's Ark kits

Did anyone else get stash from Santa?

I got socks for the first time ever...but my sister got the pastel pink ones and I got the bright orange ones *sniffle* No stash.

OH got me 3 haed charts and i got 4 charlies ark kits( 1 from my dd and 3 from my mum). OH said i can pick one of my haed charts and buy the threads for it.

My two HAED's from my mom and fabric for them.... but I did do one early Our Christmas is tomorrow so I'll let you know if I get anything more!

I will never expect to receive stash. DH and I no longer formally exchange gifts but we make agreed upon purchases for our hobbies. I am awaiting two cross stitch orders of floss, Aida and patterns as well as a box and sippy cup that I will be doing for gifts. The anticipation of getting those is enough of a gift. Just eying a mini Christmas banner kit this morning as well.

I got a generous gift certificate for the local craft store, so that counts as future stash!

Still to early here to have opened anything but since I did not as for any stash I shouldn't get any.

I got a new snap frame, and having to wait nearly a month to be able to use it was driving me nutty! A 10$ gift card for Michaels. I bought two HAED patterns (both SK's) as a gift to myself. And I have 50$ to figure out what to do with... hmmm maybe stashy, maybe not.

Oh, and Merry Christmas and seasons greetings to everyone! (before I go all goofy and forget)

I didn't get any stash, but it wasn't on my list either. Trying to cut down on the stash collecting 'til I've finished a few more pieces. I did get a guitar though!! Very happy about that.

No stash for Christmas but I didn't ask for any. I had so much stash last year that lots of it hasn't been touched yet so the family decided to give it a miss. I got lots of lovely gifts though and feel that I'm a very lucky lady indeed.

As I said before, no stash as such, but this surprise. I watched it grow under hubby's hands but believed it was for someone else.

Okay, have to play at posting photos. Maybe learning that can be Christmas present to myself.

However I feel a little look at sewandso is not too far away.

No stash for me under the tree (no tree either)... I got a book about Paul Newman from my ex-husband, and a beautiful, hand made leather belt from my daughter - but unfortunately (or luckily? ) it is too big, so some new holes will have to be made on it.

But I received a wonderful New Stitches magazine from Jilly.
So I took a deep breath and I have ordered it for myself for the next year

Not for me I had my stashmas gift but thats all I was hoping that I would get some sort of stash pressie... the gifts I did get though I am truly grateful for

I got 6 new snowmen!!!!! For my collection!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hubby really came through this year!

* 11 x 11 Q-Snap frame (my first one)
* An extra scroll frame
* A bobbin organizer
* A water soluble gridding pen (I don't actually have one yet)
* 2 HAED patterns!! I don't think he wants to see me at all this year.
- Dance of Kokopelli (I LOVE the Southwest)
- Bubble Telescope -- I showed hubby this one because Sarah was working on it and he liked it so much that he ordered it for me! He said I can make it for the nursery room for our not-even-conceived yet children.

Loads of stash....will try and lay everything out and take a photo tomorrow. I knew about quite a bit of it - but was not allowed to look at it until today!

Nope, I never get stash, but that's okay, I like to pick stuff out myself. I suppose if I gave DH a very specific list to shop from, I might get something.

I didn't get any stash either, but that's okay, I've already got heaps of projects to keep me busy for years!
