Hi everyone. I thought I'd take a break from Pandora as I'm not sure whether I want to carry on stitching the black or stitch her on black fabric instead, so she's going away for a bit. I thought I'd stitch a smaller design for when I'm back at uni as I don't have much time to stitch during the semester, so I started QS Peridot last night.
And here's my progress:
There is heaps of confetti in this design and must've used about 20 shades of green already, even though you can't tell. I'm stitching her full crosses on 20 count bellana. I still need to buy 20 shades of DMC so can't stitch all the background yet, oh well

Lovely design - I love all the greens mixed together. The dress and the wings look like they would be fun to stitch!

Thankyou everyone!
Here's a little update:
When complete she'll be nearly 8 inches square on 20 count fabric. It is so nice to be stitching light colours for a change, so far...I really like her!

I'ma peridot too and I really like the shades of green in this one..usually seems peridot is so washed out.
I actually just bought Ruby last week because it was just so stunning...so glad to see some of these being stitched in here.
You've made a great start on this and probably a nice change from all those dark colors in Pandora!
