Why I don't get much stitching done...

Post by Angel »

So I was trying to figure out why I don't get much stitching done. I put my stitching on the bed and answered the phone and when I came back...my cat had graciously supplied me with an answer...

It's taken me two hours to coax him off of it :P I haven't the heart to just lift him off it :P

Awww thank you. Isn't he just? I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't have the heart to move him. Such a special kitty ^_^

No, you're right, I admit it, I am too soft with my kitties too  Mine don't lay on top of my stitching like Angel's, but while I am stitching they will come up on my lap and nudge it out of the way with their noses.......they're just too cute, I can't help but give in!

I agree with Frank you are to soft. I push mine out of the way all the time. They can come and sit with me while I stitch but they have to know their place or they get pushed off. Even my 15 year old, they all like it when my foot rest is up as then they have lots of room to stretch out.

hehe that sounds much safer. Mitzys ended up with the nickname needlebum because he comes and lays on my stitching...even when it's in my hands, he'll plop down on my hands, fabric and needle. He doesn't much care :P

AWWW so cute!!

I guess I am like frank though..if I saw my cat sitting on my stitching..she'd be getting picked up and put somewhere else rather quickly! (I still love them both though!)

Mitzys a lapcat. I love him curling up on my lap. Nothing better than kitty cuddles ^_^ I like him curling up on my lap and not my stitching though...I still like to stitch and have kitty huggles ^_^

meh, kitty hairs get everywhere in my house whether he sits on it or not. I have a lint roller that pulls off any particulary stubbon ones, but they mostly just brush off.
