umbrella sky my first haed photo update 17.2.10

hi everyone i have decided that i will be rotating UMBRELLA SKY with my Chrysella graphite design so i will be getting the fabric and threads for this soon i wondered does anyone know how big it would be if i did it on 18 count aida as i really dont think i will get on with linen and evenweave it says on 25ct fabric it is 16x22 inches
here is what it will look like when finished

That is very different isn't it??? Should be quite bright to stitch. :dance:

hi rose i chose it as i thought it would be nice to do something with lots of colour in rotation with the graphite tones of chrysella i think its cool that fish are in the sky wierd though but i just fell in love with it lmao

any advice on how big it would be finished on 18 ct would be great :dance:

What is the stitch count and then I could tell you what the dimensions would be.

hey it will be 22.2 by 30.6 inches plus leaving space round the edges for frameing (about 2-3 inches)
i love her shes so pretty cant wait to see the 1st fish!

It's a bit different with the fish around her, can't wait to see it finished. Looks like it'll be a great design :D

I really liked this design when I saw it! It definitely will spice stitching up for you when you need a break from the other project.

Oh I was also going to say that when I do stitch this I will do it on 18ct also..it will be big but I love stitching on 18ct!

i rushed out this morning to my nearest stitching shop im lucky enough to have four within afew miles lol and 2 of those are only 5 mins walk away i bought the 18 count fabric 30 inch by 34 for enough of a border on it too i got enough colours to get going on page one but should i???? ha ha ha

It's a lovely chart and really draws the eye to detail. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress and I'm sure it's going to be quite a conversation piece once it's finished and on display! :applesauce:
