Having been given the Hummingbird Bakery cookbook for Christmas, I've been experimenting with their recipes. Very yummy, though possibly not great for the waistline
Here's my latest experiment, straight from the oven, some ham and mushroom muffins.

Oooh...very pretty. Thanks for the inspiration - I just put a Tofu-Carrot cake in the oven!
