hyperlinks

okay...
so i want to post a link to my photobucket in my signature.....i know that you can just cut and paste the site and it auto hyperlinks...but i have noticed that you guys sometimes have a link that just says a quick description and then you click it...how do you make that? instead of it being the long boring address?
