This is a small kit I found which I am sure Sylvia bought to do as a Birthday card for one of our Son's. He used to have a doberman which Sylvia looked after more than he did.

Such a lot of detail in such a small design!

Lovely design - the details and coloring are quite cute.

That is so pretty. We had a dobbie when we first got married he was such a big baby. He was a rescue dog and had had his ear bitten off by his father. He loved to run but hated water and would do anything to avoid stepping in it.

Dobermans have always been my favourite dogs and that design is beautiful!! Brilliant job!!

Yes Faith, that is the Son who will get it as a Birthday Card.

A couple of you said that theirs was a big softie, Siggy was the same. He used to climb up on the armchair and wrap himself around her shoulders so that his face was next to hers, then he would gently open his mouth and take her face into it. They would be eye to eye until Sylvia laughed.

WE used to think it was his way of showing her that he loved her. He was extremely protective of her, and whenever any callers arrived at the door he was always there sitting next to her.

We all missed him greatly when he went to the big kennel in the sky.

have a look on you tube at pablo and ramsey. it is a doberman (female) and a chihuhua (male) and it shows how gentle these huge dogs can be its i so funny to watch the dobie "bite" the chi but she is the whole time making sure to be extra gentle. i can sit and watch those videos for hours!!
