Key Page - Lanarte

Post by knittingninny »

Hello Everyone

Don't you just hate it when you get to near the end of the piece you are stitching and can't find the key page for the finishing touches. :x That's my current situation. I am stitching Lanarte's Girls on Bikes for my sister's 50th birthday in July. I bought the kit last year at a stitching show (spending more than I usually would on one kit for this special occasion). I've now got to the point where I need the key page and can't find it. I've been through the house from top to bottom. If anyone is able to help I'd be grateful to know if it's possible to buy just the chart/key page.

Have you tried e.mailing them or phoning them? They should send you a copy of what you need, sorry I do not have this kit or would have helped you out.
Happy Stitching

Before buying a new chart I would contact the designer and ask for a replacement. I had a similar problem and the designer sent it to me for free. Good Luck.

Thank you all so much for your help. I have contacted Lanarte and explained the situation only to be told in no uncertain terms to go buy the kit again. I contacted their main supplier in the UK and basically got the same answer. I'll take a look at the two links to see what they have.
Again, thanks for all your help. I'll let you know how I get on.

Oh, that wasn't very nice of them. Not the typical behaviour either, most companies are willing to help you out.
