I've actually been slowly working on this project for DD for several months. It is my travel project that is usually worked on when we're driving to visit family (around Christmas) and occassionally at DD's gymnastics when I wasn't working on Box Tops or Campbell's Labels. I've started working on it while I'm at my grandmother's every day. I can usually get a couple of strands in while I'm there. When it's done, it will be a head shot of Disney's Belle from Beauty and the Beast.

She's my favorite, too! Kailey prefers Ariel, but she picked this one to go with the Ariel DH stitched for her a couple of years ago.

There's still a ways to go with this. There is a border that goes around her, too. As for the labels, no, I'm not stitching them. I don't know if the program exists in other countries, but schools can collect the labels from Campbell's products and others to redeem for points that can be used to "purchase" items for the school. We also have Box Tops which is run by General Mills. Each "coupon" on their participating items is worth ten cents, and a school can earn up to $20,000 a year!!!! I've been the coordinator for DS's elementary school for the last year. We're trying to earn money for new playground equipment and a gate so we can close off the playground from the parking lot during the school day to increase safety. We only raised about $900 this past school year, so I'm trying to figure out how to get more people to turn them in. Sorry, long explanation for a simple question.

Well, I've gotten more of this done while at my grandma's house. It's nice having something this simple to work on over there since I never know when there's going to be something I have to take care of between grandma and my 2 kids.

Here's the latest update. I haven't been working on it for the last couple of weeks with vacation and spending my time at Grandma's either reading or winding bobbins for other projects.
