I need a small favour from American Stitchers

Post by louisb1304 »

Good Afternoon All

As some of you know, one of my other hobbies is Video Games. Now i have a favour to ask of 1 (maybe 3) of you American stitchers. If possible could anyone help by sending a text message to Brisk (ice tea) and entering an email address please? As i am in the UK i cannot do it myself.

Essentially, i am after the email that you receive that says "Gears of War Downloadable Content from Brisk!" This contains a code which i can use to get a new character in a game i play. I hope that there are 3 american ladies that can do this for me so i can get 3 characters for myself and 2 of my friends.

Details are below, send game to the number, reply with an email and then let me know please. I would greatly appreciate anyone doing this for me!!!
Lipton/Brisk are giving away 500,000 codes for Jungle Tai during their promotion. (Ends 4/30/13 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET; US only )

http://www.gameonpromo.com/" target="_blank" target="_blank

How to get it (without having to buy the drinks):

1. Text "game" to 87963.
2. You should receive a message back saying "Reply w/your email to agree to Official Rules, confirm you're age 18 or over & see if you're a winner! Reply HELP GEARS for help. Msg&Data rates may apply."
3. Reply back with your email address.
4. You should receive another message back stating if you won instantly or not. (Clarification: If you get "Sorry you didn't win instantly this time.", you will still receive a code.
5. Either way, check your email for "Gears of War Downloadable Content from Brisk!"
Dont forget to check your junk mail too
Many Thanks to ALL!!! :)

Thank you to geekishly for helping out. Unfortunately she cannot do more than one code. I am very grateful for that though! x

Could any one else help out?

Louis :) x :shamrock:

Bear in mind this is in the General Section along with people talking about books, bills and I believe tattoos in the past.

I am sure that most do not mind the subject so much, but the constant bumping is a bit much. It is fine to ask for help and then check back each day but every 2 hours does tend to put people off a bit.
If you are looking for some one to help change you, look in the mirror

I do appreciate that Rose, i was just worried that with my post dropping off the new items list it would not be seen by anyone actually in the US. Hence the bumping.

I also assumed that the level of maturity in this forum might have resulted in a polite "Stop bumping" comment, rather than a sarcastic one.

And many thanks to Megan for helping out!!! :D
