Another one! I haven't been around the forum much to leave many comments (sorry!). Between homeschooling two boys who also play ice hockey, watching the Olympics, reading (and listening to) a new book and watching my Decorah Eagle Live Nestcam.....it doesn't leave much time for stitching, let alone hanging out here.

Here's how it's looking so far...Please disregard the wrinkles

I, too have been watching them since 2011 when the nest first went viral! They are so awesome and such good models of dedicated parenting. She has 2 eggs on the nest already and possibly a third today or tomorrow (in case you haven't checked in yet this year  As a matter of fact, it was watching this nest that inspired me to start stitching my Eagles Majesty which is still a :wip:

Love your update! :applesauce: :applesauce: This is going to be so beautiful.

I used to watch an eagles nest live and then lost the bookmark somehow and don't know if it was this one or a different one, but thank you for the link. I also had one for a wood stork's nest but I think somehow the folder with several of those types of live cams was deleted. Will be checking this one daily!

These are so lovely that even though they're not the style I usually go for, I am tempted to stitch them too! I don'tk now if I'd want to do them all as one piece the way you are, or as a set of individual ornaments. And I have no idea what I'd do with them once I stitch the pattern! But gosh darnit I want! lol! Until I decide I'll just live vicariously through your lovely stitching instead I suppose!
