Here is a small update on Angel which has had intermittent attention since I came home in late January.

All the gaps in her lacy top bit are for beads, quite a few of them. I have begun to continue the white edge of her other wing and will complete that wing next. No idea when then though but most likely as the mood takes me. I have about 12 -14 coasters to do before mid April, 6 of them for sure and the others if there is time.

This a great work Sally & a most wonderful expression on the angels face, makes me go cold as it is so beautifully portrayed in this project. Delicate yet so fully of awe, wonderment & meaning. Look forward to next update

Yesterday was one of those special quiet peaceful autumnal days, the neighbourhood was quiet (it's school hols) and I loved sitting down stitching on Angel for the first time in months. Tuppy and I and sometimes the 2 dogs were out on the balcony in the shade and I made great progress on the outer edge of her wing. Sadly I discovered it was 3 rows short somewhere so had to

it but even that was not a problem. This morning I restarted it and now at lunch

it is right.

I took them last night when HM was being a pain as I tried to play Freecell.
