It's funny, I feel strangely emotional! This is the first thing I've ever actually finished.

Ordered my first HAED on Friday but it's going to take 3 weeks to arrive so I'll be twiddling my thumbs till then!

I don't blame you for being emotional. You've invested a lot of yourself into it. Enjoy the anticipation of your HAED.
I can't figure out how to amend the topic too. I remember reading a tip some time back but couldn't find it when I needed it.

This is so amazing that looking at it twice is a treat! Looking forward to seeing your HAED being stitched. Which one did you choose?

To amend the title of a threat go to your first post and edit the title in that post. and then submit it. That will change the title. Should make it a bit easier when you start stitching and posting pics of your new project (hint - I would love to see your progress).

I'm going to try to get the band to sign it when I next go to a gig. I thought I'd buy a frame before then and mark where it will go so they can sign inside the frame.

I wanted to do something that's really challenging and colourful for my next project so I've chosen Josephine Wall's Three Graces. I can't wait for it to arrive, I'm at a complete loose end tonight!!

That is an absolutely astonishing piece of stitching - it is awesome. A mighty huge WELL DONE on finishing this labour of love. It looks so life like and in 3D too.
