Questions for HAEDers

Three questions for you who HAED:

1. How many HAED charts have you bought?

2. How many HAEDs have you started stitching?

3. How many HAEDs have you finished?

1. I have only bought 2 for myself, gifted one, have been gifted one and won one on the HAED site. Also doing the SAL one this year and I have about 10 or so freebies that I downloaded from the free section

2. I have started QS butterfly2 as well as the SAL mystic garden one

3. I haven't finished any yet, but hope to finish both of the above, so that I can start on the one ornie one I've bought

Most would plead the fifth on this - but I'll play:

2. 6 (2 are current WIPs and will be finished by this Summer)

I have bought 4:

Train of Dreams - Spangler
Merlin and Arthur - Gustafson
Birds on a Wire - Zarb

The only one started is Birds on a Wire, and I have almost completed the top row of pages.

Hmmm - I don't know how many I have and really don't want to know, lol...

I think I have 6 (4 BAPs and 2 QS) on the go right now and I've finished 3 QS.

Since I am an unabashed addict and everyone knows that I will "play too"

1) I have 61 charts some of which have been RAKed to me, one I received in the Rewards program
Of these 17 are mini's, 4 QS, 1 SK and 4 TTs (Tiny Treasures all but one are within a 100 x 100 size)

2) I have started 11. 7 are "active" and 4 are "on hold" (I am pretty sure I will reactivate 2 of those)

3 I have finished 1 mini and 1 QS

I love the process of stitching these so if I have a grand desire to finish a piece I will pick up one of my L*K*s or other smaller design. And now I have Hardanger designs also.

The 61 charts doesn't come close (yet ) to the file cabinet I have filled to overflowing with charts and chart booklets and books which I purchased before I started "downloading".

I have purchased 6 and downloaded a freebie.

I'm working on one and plan to start another. One more is a UFO.

That leaves 3 I really want to do later and one I may or may not do.

The thing that holds me up is the tenting on 25ct. I really like full crosses on a lower count fabric, but I'm trying to avoid a really HUGE finished piece! -lol

Having just purchased my first two patterns, can't say I can call myself a HAEDer...yet! Looks like I have much to aspire to!!

1. I have 3 HAEDs.

3. I have not finished neither since both are at least 49 pages.

Not sure if I will continue since the number of pages is overwhelming at this time. I put them both aside and will work on my other BAPs. I think Past, Present, and Forever will take me 2 years and it is only 4 pages. Thinking of that makes me wonder if I will proceed with the HAEDs. I love the designs ... sigh!

I've bought 6 and been RAK'd one. And then got the freebie SAL from last year. I've started 3 and finished one, the freebie SAL.

I'm not as HAEDcore as the other HAEDers here, I like the ones I have, there's a few I really want, but they do overwhelm me at times, despite having fun working on them, I always have to split my time with something non-HAED and not on such a small count.

I am not an unabashed HEAD-hoarder....after counting my stash I am very much abashed!!

1. I have 66 charts! (This includes RAKS and freebies, etc)

2. I'm working on 3 actively and I have 1 UFO

3. I have finished 2 so far (1 QS and 1 SK) but I have another QS really close to a finish too (1/2 a page to go)

I'm gonna go skulk off in the corner and weep at my lack of restraint with HAED charts!

So far I have 9 HAED. But I have 12 patterns from Mystic Stitch and they are just as huge. Since I didn't even know either website existed a year ago, I guess I have started quite the collection already.

I have 1 HAED going and one MS going right now. I just started the HAED a couple of weeks ago - while still in school - and I have about half of the first page done. The MS, I have been working on for longer and have the background on the first 5 pages done. Rather simple, since it is all one color.

I still have 46 HAEDS on my wishlist though. If I get them all, I should have enough to keep me busy for the rest of my life!!

Let's see ...

1) I own 36 charts (30 BAP, 1 Mini, 3 QS, 2 SK) + 3 Freebie/SAL charts.

2) I have started 3 BAP, 1 QS, and 2 Freebie/SAL pieces.

3) I have finished none so far.

At the moment, I spend a good amount of time working on a custom chart by skitzzzzz instead of focusing on a HAED.

1) I own 78 charts (about 20 of them freebies, raks etc)

2) I'm currently working on 3: Train of Dreams (Spangler), Stormy (Allen) and Literate Dragon QS (Spangler) and have The Snow Family (Gelsinger) as a UFO.

3) I've finished 4 so far: 3 QS and a SK and 3 of those were BB SALs which I kept up with.

Stitching none.

Completed none.

I just had to balance the HAEDcases.

I've bought 3 (2 BAPs, 1 mini) and have 1 QS (the current BB Sal). Of those I have started 1 BAP and the Sal.

Unless it's a completely outstanding chart though, I'm resolved now to stick to minis if I want any more. There are many other large designs from other designers that I want to get round to stitching and that I never will if I get too many BAPs from HAED.

I've bought 3, and all are kitted up with floss, just have to acquire the fabric for the latest one.

I'm stitching the first one I bought at the moment (when not Tapestry-ing)

It's not finished yet...

Mine is going to sound very paltry in comparison.
1. I've bought 2, both given away as gifts and I've been RAK'd 1 and downloaded 1 for the freebie SAL.
