Newbie question about mirabilia SAL

Is mirabilia a type of design, or design done by only. One designer (Nora Corbett). I have searched the wonderweb and am no wiser! I would like it kit up the Joan Elliott mermaid in the July cross stitch magazine and save her for the SAL if she counts as mirabilia?

Mirabilia is the name of the company that designer Nora Corbett owns, I believe. Joan Elliott is a separate designer that has her patterns released under her name through many sources: kits, books, etc.

Mirabilias are all designed by Nora Corbett - but Wichelt owns the company. She also designs under her own name - an example would be the Bewitching Pixies series. If the SAL you are referring to is the one I am hosting on my channel, the majority of us are stitching Mirabilias, but we won't turn you away if you are desperate to stitch a design that is Nora Corbett .
