Hello I have just joined this forum, i have been stiching for over 20 yrs although have not done much for 4 yrs due to completing an English degree and going into teaching. i love stitching Lavender and Lace, Mirabilia, Shepards Bush, at the moment i am off work and have been since 9th May so done alot of stitching to keep myself sane. I am trying to complete Nefertiti by lanarte that i started about 9 yrs ago lol I am also working on Snowdays by Mirabilia. Look forward to chatting happy stitching Julie

Hi Julie welcome to the forum. This is a fun freindly forum to belong to and I hope you become as addicted to it as the rest of us. Post some pictures of your work and start a stitch along (SAL) for your work in progress. Believe me it helps!!

Hi Julie, and welcome! Mirabilia, L&L -- you like your big projects, then :-)? I've never heard of Shepard's Bush (well, only geographically, so to speak), what srt of designs do they do? We'd love to see what you've been working on and what you have in progress, so do join in and start a SAL and a gallery!

today I have subscribed to an American magazine and then read the thread about seaside kingdom and bought that - oh dear great fun. At the moment i am saving any change ready to visit Nimble thimble my aim is £100 up to 60 so far have to keep raiding hubbys trouser pockets lol julie :P

hello,I am pretty new on here too.I am working on Nefertitti but a different version.Also a big fan of Shepherds Bush,I have several of their Christmas stocking charts in my stash.Keep saving for that trip to Nimble Thimble :dance:

Welcome to the forum I am sure you are going to fit right in we love to chat aboput stitching, stash, WIP's and everything else.

:shock: If you were shocked over the stash that others have shown then don't go to the pictures I have in my Webshots of my craftroom.... you will pass out. :lol:

Hey and welcome again Julie. Studying sucks doesn't it...no time for stitching :(. Oh well every stitch counts towards progress...even if it feels like a snailpace. Looking forward to seeing some of your projects :)
